At My Piercing, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service.

Change of Mind

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect colour selection
  • Incorrect product selection
  • No longer wanting the product
  • Finding the product cheaper elsewhere
  • Personal preference after purchase

Please choose carefully before completing your order.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To assist with your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the fault or damage

Return Assessment

Where a product is believed to be faulty, the item must first be returned to My Piercing Pillow™ for inspection before any refund or replacement is issued.

Return instructions will be provided after your claim has been reviewed.

We reserve the right to inspect all returned products to verify the reported fault.

Refunds

If our inspection confirms that the product has a manufacturing fault or otherwise does not meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:

  • A replacement product
  • A repair (where appropriate)
  • A refund

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund once issued.

Return Shipping

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, My Piercing  will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

If inspection determines the product is not faulty, return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
