Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

We currently ship throughout Australia.
International shipping may be offered in the future.

Incorrect Shipping Information

My Piercing Pillow™ is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate outcome.
Investigation timeframes are determined by the shipping carrier.
Delivered Parcels
Once tracking confirms a parcel has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.
My Piercing is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier.
If you believe your parcel has been stolen after delivery, we recommend contacting your local authorities and the shipping carrier directly.
